By accessing or using 7By.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of 7By.in.
7By.in provides browser-based AI audio processing tools including vocal removal, stem splitting, audio cutting, song joining, noise removal, and pitch shifting. All processing runs locally in your browser. We also offer a downloadable AI engine library (7by-ai-engine.js) for developer use.
Free tier: 20 free credits every day for AI Vocal Remover, Stem Splitter, and Noise Remover (AI mode). Audio Cutter, Song Joiner, and Pitch Shifter are always free and unlimited. Credits are tracked per account (or per device for guests).
Pro Monthly (₹27): 1,000 credits per month (~100 songs), all 4 stems, WAV + 320kbps MP3, commercial license.
Pro Annual (₹299): 20,000 credits per year (~2,000 songs), plus 20 free daily credits, all 4 stems, WAV + 320kbps MP3, commercial license.
Pro access activates automatically after payment via Razorpay. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
All audio files you process using 7By.in are handled entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership of your audio content. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the right to process the audio files you upload.
7By.in is a tool. The legality of how you use processed audio depends on your jurisdiction and the copyright status of the original audio. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright law.
Common lawful uses include: processing audio you own or created, karaoke practice for personal use, educational purposes, and use of audio licensed under Creative Commons or similar open licences.
7By.in does not support copyright infringement. If you receive a DMCA notice or similar, see our DMCA Policy.
The AI Engine is provided free for personal and commercial use. You may use it in your own projects with or without attribution. You may not re-sell it as a standalone product or claim it as your own original creation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE PERFECT RESULTS. AUDIO SEPARATION QUALITY DEPENDS ON THE INPUT AUDIO AND BROWSER CAPABILITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7BY.IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Pro upgrades may be refunded within 48 hours of payment if fewer than 5 songs have been processed under the Pro account. To request a refund, email contact@7by.in with your UPI transaction ID.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for users who violate these Terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
