7By.in respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law, we will respond to valid takedown notices regarding content on our website.

Important note: 7By.in does not store user audio files. All audio processing happens locally in the user's browser. We do not have access to audio content that users process using our tools. Therefore, DMCA notices relating to user-processed audio should be directed at the user, not at 7By.in.

2. What the DMCA Covers on Our Site

DMCA notices to 7By.in are applicable to:

• Blog content or articles published on 7By.in that reproduce copyrighted text or media
• Any audio samples or media files hosted on our servers (e.g., demonstration files)
• Images, graphics, or other media content on the website

DMCA notices are not applicable to audio that users process in their own browsers using our tools, as we do not host, transmit, or store that content.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on 7By.in infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list
2. Identification of the infringing material on our website, including the URL where it can be found

4. Designated DMCA Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent:

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 business hours.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6. Repeat Infringers

7By.in will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

7. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Ensure you have a good faith belief before submitting a takedown notice.
